To check the whereabouts of your items, log into your account to view the most up-to-date information about your order. Please be aware that you will need to have been logged into your account and/or have registered for an account when placing your order for it to be visible here.

You should also receive an email update once your order has been dispatched.

If your order has not been delivered within 5-7 working days, please contact our Customer Service team.

For online orders:

If you placed your order online, the easiest way to arrange a return is via our returns portal. To create your free return, follow the below instructions:

1. Visit our UK returns portal. You’ll need the order number, which starts with either 'M' or 'D' and the email address you used when placing your order.
2. Select the items you want to return by clicking on them and selecting the reason you’re making a return.
3. All customer returns will be processed using our digital QR code method. Select your preferred Post Office. Please note, you can drop off your return at any Royal Mail Post Office.  
4. Then simply review and submit your return details.
5. We’ll email you your QR code.
6. Drop your parcel off at your chosen post office location and they will scan your QR code.
7. Online orders will be refunded within 2-5 working days. Items ordered from our shops will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

If you want to return items from multiple orders, you’ll need to log these separately. If you are sending items from the same order in multiple packages, please ensure you process each item separately so you are issued individual QR codes for each parcel.

Alternatively, you can return your online order to any of our Seasalt shops. You will just need to present your order confirmation or quote your order number.

For purchases made in a Seasalt shop: 

If you purchased your item in a Seasalt shop, you can return it to any Seasalt shop. Please ensure you take your receipt with you.

If you're unable to return to a Seasalt shop, you can post the item back to us for a refund. To do this, please contact our Customer Service team who will help arrange your return.

Please ensure that you retain proof of postage/returns tracking details, so that in the unlikely event that your return is lost we can investigate it with Royal Mail.

If you have returned your online order using our free returns portal, your refund will be triggered as soon as your parcel is scanned by the post office. Please be aware that the funds may take 3-5 days to show in your account, or 5-7 days for items ordered from a Seasalt shop.

If you have chosen to return your order via any other method, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and received.

If you've received an unwanted gift you can exchange it for a gift card or an alternative item in any of our Seasalt shops. Unfortunately, gifts cannot be returned or exchanged online. If you do not live near a Seasalt Shop, you'll need to contact the original purchaser to arrange a return for a refund.

You may encounter an unauthorised website or fraudulent social media account operating with the appearance of our Seasalt branding and logo, showing Seasalt products and photography. These are not legitimate Seasalt partners and we would strongly urge you not to transact or share your details through these channels. We encourage you to be vigilant about suspicious account names or website URLs, the absence of security trustmarks, padlock symbols and accreditations for online shopping, or too good to be true promotions. Please report to social media platforms where you see them so we can work together to get ads and sites removed.  Be assured that we take this very seriously and will make every effort to get these sites taken down as soon as possible. If you have attempted to make a purchase on one of these sites, contact your bank as soon as possible. If you have interacted with any of these sites and shared your personal details, or if you are concerned or unsure, our Seasalt Security team recommend that you reset your password as a precaution. If you experience any difficulties or anything unusual when searching for Seasalt Cornwall's website, we would advise you to clear your history or cache within your relevant browser settings. This will remove any previously visited web addresses so that there is no interference with your search for our legitimate shopping site. You can transfer your stamps at the same value into Seasalt Rewards points in any of our UK stores (exc. Penryn Outlet Shop), before the 30th June 2025.

To transfer your stamps into our exciting new digital programme, visit any our UK stores (exc Penryn), and enrol in the Seasalt Rewards loyalty programme.  If you are unable to make it into a UK store before this date, you can contact our customer service team by email - contactus@seasaltcornwall.co.uk.  Please ensure you have enrolled in the Rewards programme online before contacting the customer service team.

Each stamp is worth £4 which equates to 80 points in the new programme.
